Its a place that so many have not experienced and I feel fortunate to have.It's not a roof over your head or a place where you eat your dinner,it is a place inside of each one of us, a place that sometimes you go with others and sometimes with yourself.We each have our own interpretation of what we feel home should be, and it is you that has to figure that out.Security,maybe a place of safety or even a feeling of belonging.To me it can be anything but a structure.Have you ever thought about those things of comfort in which you sometimes recall or taste or smell from day's gone by,like Zest soap at Grandmas in the bath when you were little, now everytime I smell Zest it gives me that feeling.Or maybe a precious memory of something from years ago.Does it make you smile.What about everyone walking about on a special holiday with the smell of food cooking in the oven.A place you are allways welcome without hesitation.Your own world of isolation to be with the only one who really know's what home is (you).Wow this quitting smoking is getting to me.Brad 03/05/2009

The Stare

It lingers between two people, a feeling of unknown mystery,lust,comfort,security for it has many meanings.Have you ever experienced the stare between two lovers a look of knowing your being looked upon,up close or at a distance, when two people share this moment you become one.The feeling of your subconcious telling you that special person is looking,do you stare when your eyes connect, wink,or smile, it is not a choice but that moment in which all of your surroundings disappear.The thoughts crossing between separate minds speaking and understanding in the same tongue without words or mouths moving.If you have or ever find this stare there is a deeper feeling than you realize.It usually starts starts somewhere between your toes and works it's way into your stomach, where it often feels like many of creatures flying around.It then becomes a mental and visual stimulant where you crave that person every moment and see every moment of your future,you start building and continue to build.And to think it all started from The Stare.Brad 03/03/2009

What Am I

I approach and place the order as the phone rings,people coming and going in a frenzy everyone is late for someone else.Finally you are in my hands I think as I struggle to open you decide to give me a hard time oh please not today as I cannot handle early morning frustrations in this way,as I toy with you a little I seem to have fixed you,slowly driving away I hit the speed bump putting you back in the ring, pushing you back in the corner I am holding you down struggling, you realize with hesitation you have nowhere to go and give in to submission.I drive away stopping at the lights lift you up towards my mouth and you pop out of place again this time splashing my face,I tear you off and smile another battle you have lost.Brad 03/02/2009 My Tim Hortons coffee tab,don't you hate that.

Kicking The Habit In The ______

Today is the day I decide it's time to try and kick that habit in the ass,I allready feel like ____ and want to scream,my nerves are fluctuating somewhere between here and far,These habits consume our inner thoughts retraining our brain to what it wants,it kill's us all eventually and leaves hurt behind that is in no way changeble, if such a word exists,I remember the first day smoking a piece of ground filth and was so sick I turned green,Did I learn no.Sometimes I think we are all just blind to our surroundings as I know I am a ____ of alot.This talk of this habit is making me crave and fight to the bitter end.Will power lies to me every second or so telling me everthing is going to be okay,as if he knows this isn't affecting him what so ever, other than the fact it probably drags him down alot due to energy loss.Mr.______ Temptation well he is a piece of ____ wanting me to give up all other things in life obviously,because I will not be here to enjoy them if he wins again.A selfish ,personal consuption of filth is what he is and I will battle him today as many others do,or at least for this moment.Well on to the next moment.Brad 03/02/2009
